My superpower is the ability to untangle.
It doesn’t matter if it’s two necklaces or twelve; give me time and a bit of space, and I’ll separate them. Even if twine has become raveled with thread, dental floss, and your favorite chain. I'll undo the knot that grips them, freeing them without breaking them. Each will be unique and useful again.
It’s actually a great superpower for a marketing person.
Marketing is a perpetual series of experiments. Trial and error leads to learning. Art and science to understanding. Images and insight to drive action, in a never-ending succession of challenges to untangle, questions to answer, and projects to manage. And as soon as you’ve unlocked one level, you get to move forward to the next.

Marketing people, we’re a little like sharks; we have to keep moving or we’ll die - of boredom.
I love it.
I’ve spent my career solving one marketing and communications problem after another. Along the way, I’ve built some great products, teams, brands, and companies – and the bridges that hold them all together.
I’ve introduced a number of firsts: first set of diagnostic tools for web servers; first live-concert webcast; first curriculum to create internet workers; first voice-to-voice text platform; first peer-to-peer mobile platform for college recruiting. I’m a strategist and a storyteller. I am a persuasive communicator and a rock-solid marketing partner.
And I’m really, really good at untangling.
